Would give 0 if I could. The two ladies one in particular with curly hair is so rude for no apparent reason to everyone who does something wrong. However the woman on the second reception area was more polite and I passed my test. However It did seem a bit much that they got me to turn around and prove that I didn't have pockets even though I was wearing leggings!
